Hi! This just happened to me while I was typing a post for "Why Should I Attend PTO Meetings?" Thank you for the information. Another one for me to laugh off as a highlight to my day.

Hi again sd19565,

Ok, so I have learned that this system will time out after a certain length of time has gone by. I plan to check into this further to get additional information that could help you and others.

This has been the second time I have carefully thought out a post and typed an extremely long creative reply to one of the community members.
Both times when I have completed my post I have submitted the post and received an automatic reply that the "code" doesn't match and to try again. All of the information that I have typed is lost.
I now know to type these into word and then paste onto the board, however, other new members may not. Great suggestions may go unheard because folks don't want to retype everything.

My suggestion is to either: (a) have no code that needs to match, (b) allow a member to not be timed out-my system was in use the almost the entire time, so there was minimal inactivity time, (c) figure out a way to effectively communicate that this may happen before a member takes the time to write a suggestion only to have it disappear.

I now have to figure out all of the ideas that I presented and retype the message.
