I thought it was important to share this information on this thread. I have been soliciting corporations for my son's HSA and it is incredibly important that if you have an HSA, PTA or PTO, whatever, that your organization incorporate and establish themselves as a separate entity as a not-for-profit from the school. Many corporations will not give if you are a school or affiliated with a church, a double whammy if you're a private Catholic school. I started a spreadsheet, just for my own information, contact info, results, etc and I track the corporations that give and those that don't, time saver!.
Once you organize your PTA, organize your upcoming school events, and create a template email and letter to go out for each event. It sounds like a lot of work, and in the beginning it is, BUT you can use it year after year and pass it on to the next volunteer!! Anyone willing to share their lists? How do I go about contacting the colts??

Hi- I googled Indianapolis Colts donation request and it gives you their donation request page. Look for donation request form. It took a whole month to respond.

Do you have the contact info for WAWA?

Jeni you have to go to your nearest Wawa and ask for the manager and tell them to give you information about their donation program. They will give you that store's contact information. Hope this answers your question.
