When is your event taking place? I am from the Chattanooga, TN area. I would be glad to exchange lists with you. I am seeking orgs in the Carolinas, Virginia, and Kentucky. I am pretty much focused with a two-hour radius of Chattanooga for now.

When you sent these to golf courses, did you send them to public or private courses and/or did you get donations from one or the other?

Golfing packages always seem to go great in silent auctions I have found. One year I was very lucky to find a very comprehensive listing online of golf courses in Michigan (over 200), and sent out letter or emails to them all! Had over 45 respond with donations, add in an occassional cart, dinner or donated local lodging and they sold like hotcakes! Well worth the time/postage involved!
