I know it takes a long time to go through the list, but it's well worth the time. I keep this reminder in my calendar: Go thru PTO Ultimate Donation list starting with page 95, once finished move this to next month. www.ptotoday.com/boards/35-auctions/1665...on-list?limitstart=0.

And every month I go to whatever page I left off and peruse the list to the end, update the page number and set it up for 30 days in the future.

This allows me to keep up-to-date without having to spend hours combing through the list.
