On my signs I have "Restrictions Apply" or some other similar wording, then on the table I'll have a sheet that lists them. I don't like having surprised (in a bad way) winners.

I am using Bidding Owl's free software for the bidding sheets. It does't list the restrictions that I've typed into the page.

Do your bid pages have the restrictions listed or do you just make sure they are listed for them to get after the auction?
