We are holding a basket raffle for my kids' middle school for the band program this spring, but it's not a PTO event (hope it's ok to post here - our school doesn't have a PTO!). Can I send out a form letter where the school provides copies of a letter for me and I address it by hand to various businesses to solicit donations or should each business receive an individually composed (or cut and pasted) letter specific to their business?
