I have just been tasked with planning something for teacher appreciation for a small group of 6 teachers for St. Patrick's Day so I don't have much time to come up with something. I'm looking at probably doing some sort of theme gift basket (such as Irish things, green things, etc) or a non-edible gift vs. doing a luncheon. One of the 6 teachers can't do gluten, so I need to steer clear of that. I would love to hear any ideas that anyone might have! Thanks!!
