Question Having a chili supper and carnival

We are having a chili supper and a carnival in the gym but we haven't had one of these before so we are kinda lost as where to get help with this. Our PTO only has about 5 people that help with anything and we are selling advance tickets for the supper and we have asked for the teachers to come up with games and ask for help from the parents in the class. The teachers are the ones that kept saying we needed to have a carnival and now they don't want to help with anything. We have gotten donations from businesses but how help is going to be the problem does anyone have any ideas?

Do you have a group of Jr High or High School students who might help run the games as a community service project?

For our carnival, I contacted the local high schools about helpers. A lot of these kids need volenteer credits to graduate. We ended up with around 25 helper. Thank goodness for that, or we would not have been able to do our carnvial.
