PTO Today

Last year we attened the expo looking for new ideas. This was the first expo for us. We met up with a group called The Harlem Wizards Basketball team We booked them and had our event last night. They played to a full house. We sold out. Had a light supper first and every school organization had a small table with some kind of raffle idea. Sports tables also. This was such a great fun event. Would do again. The players were awesome and and spent 2 hours at our schools during lunches. Our kids loved them. This is a very worthwhile project for your schools. We have a facility bond issue on in Nov. and donated the money to the bond issue. The community support was great and they saw our staff interact with students and the wizards team.

What was the price range for this? I would love to take this to our board, but the website doesn't offer any $ amounts.
