Greetings oh powerful parents and teachers,
We are a national touring theatre company (met some of you back in 2003 at the Houston Convention). Anyway, we are trying to time our mailings to arrive as your committees are planning school assemblies, family nights and after-school programs for the year. So, the question is how far in advance do you plan? Is there a particular time of year you'd prefer to recieve mailings? And what catches your eye?
