Question

I'm getting ready to call to get our EIN #. On form SS-4 7A asks for principal officer which I put my name and 7B asks for SSN, ITIN or EIN. Do I actually put my personal SSN # in there??

No, do not give them your SSN. Leave it blank.
It's actually optional.

You can also make your application over the phone, and if you do that, the IRS rep will help you with any questions.

Either way, it's an easy process.

Thanks JHB! I was doing the form so I knew which questions they would ask on the phone.

I appreciate the help!
