Group Insurance
As we look to become a PTO from a PTA, one of the ways we'd like to spend down some of our PTA money is to buy D&O insurance for our group (we've never had it in the past!). My question is: if the insurance is purchased by the PTA, is it transferable to the PTO once that is established in the next couple of months?
