Our by laws states general things each role performs. Do you have a list of duties for each role on your board?

Yes. It's included in the by-laws.

When I wrote bylaws for a group several years ago, I asked each of the officers to write out a list of the duties they handled. These were added to the bylaws under each officer title. The treasurer's duties are the most important in my opinion. They need to be very clear on how all financial aspects of the group are to be handled.
