Default Form 1023 Part X Number 6 Definitive ruling
I will be contacting the IRS, but has anyone ever filed for a definitive ruling rather than an advanced ruling? I believe we have good financial data for the past couple of years, even though we just incorporated. Just wondering if it can be used.

Per the call with the IRS, the advance ruling process has been eliminated for PTO's and other similar organizations. He pointed me to this link.
Elimination of the Advance Ruling Process.

I was instructed that I did not need to answer Question 6A, 6B or 7.
