PTO Today

There was a post about holding a teacher and staff talent show. I love this idea and think it would be so much fun as part of a family night.
Has anyone done this before with teachers? How do you get them to participate especially after school hours when they are not required to be there? Thanks for any shared experiences, help or ideas!
