I will post some of the fliers that we use on the file exchange--- we do our own Santa's workshop and send out 2 fliers-- 1 looking for help-- the other says that "IT'S COMING!" and here's your child's shopping day--- as well as a form that we attach to an envelope to make things easier for families.... let me know if you need anything else.

Fox....THANK YOU !!! THANK YOU !!! THANK YOU !!!

The Santa Shop letter and money control evelope is just what I needed. I am sure you just made the volunteers lives a lot easier !!!! I'm not printing actual envelopes, but changed the wording to "attach this form to an envelope". Again, THANK YOU !!!!

We save the printed form that is attached to the envelope as a money control record and give change (if needed) in the envelope. I'm glad they helped you out---
I know they used to print the form right onto the envelope-- but the ink cost for our smaller printer was a lot more in cost....
