This is soooooo good! My kids are requesting it for their birthdays. You gotta try it. It's so easy & quick to make. I can't keep it in the house.

Hot Fudge Pudding Cake

This rich, moist chocolate cake makes its own fudge sauce while baking.

3/4 c. white sugar
1 c. all-purpose flour
1/4 c. hershey's cocoa powder
2 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 c. milk
1/3 c. melted butter
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract

1/2 c. white sugar
1/2 c. packed brown sugar
1/4 c. hershey's cocoa powder

1 1/4 c. hot water

whipped topping or ice cream, optional

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine 3/4 c. sugar, flour, 1/4 c. cocoa, baking powder, & salt. Stir in milk, butter, & vanilla; beat until smooth.

2. Pour batter into an ungreased 9” square pan. Stir together 1/2 c. sugar, brown sugar, & 1/4 c. cocoa; sprinkle mixture evenly over batter. Pour hot water over top; do not stir.

3. Bake in the preheated oven 35 to 40 min. or until center of cake is almost set. Remove from oven; let stand 15 min. Serve in dessert dishes or spoon into med. bowl, spooning sauce from bottom of pan over top. Serve. Garnish with whipped topping or serve with ice cream. Can serve warm or cold. (I like it cold.)
