I am having a luncheon with just 11 people for my son's Confirmation. 7 Adults and 4 children. Ages of children 14-17. I would like to serve finger sandwiches from Jason's Deli but some of the kids don't like sandwiches. Any ideas on what else I can serve? How about ideas for drinks? And anything else. HELP ME....Please!

Hot Dogs & Brats!!!!! Soda to drink. Or make a punch. I make a punch & I usually end up making several batches of it. And using a 5 gallon drink cooler.

Ruby Red Punch
4c. apple juice
4c. cranberry juice
1-2 liter of 7-up
7-up ice cubes

chill juices & 7-up. Combine juices & 7-up in punch bowl. Add ice cubes & serve. makes approx. 40 punch glass servings. (also for ice cubes you can use a jello mold)
