Hi,
I'm new here and just wanted to stop in say "Hello" (hands waving wildly) to everyone!
This is a great message board with tons of super information for a novice like me....

I chose my board name as Toodles" cause I'm always on the go (like most other PTO/PTA members I know)

Off to check out the board some more...

I'm new to the site too. I've been reading the message boards here and there for a couple of months and there are some incredible tips and ideas out there on just about every aspect of the PTO. It's all helped me a bunch since myself and my board are ALL new this year, as well as the principal of our school (K-3). We are blessed with an involved, wonderful principal and a school full of "what do you need us to help with?" parents!!!

Welcome all!!! I've been here for several..... [i]several[/i]years and there has rarly been a day where someone somewhere has not been less than helpful!
I'm a mom of five and teased how I have over 20 years of volunteering to go!! When my youngest graduated (she is now four) I will have close to 30 years!

mykidsmom....well, because I am their mom! THE best career!!!

in need of help,the board i'm on is planning on voting me out, behind my back. I DON'T KNOW WHAT
TO DO.I've never come up against any thing like
this. I'VE been on the board for 4 years but
last year we had all of our board move on to
higher grades. And our principal hand picked
2 new members. In marched the barbies,sorry if
I sound catty, but what do I DO NOW.
