PTO Today

I don't usually post under this topic, but I just wanted to say thanks to Tim and his staff. They will be doing an upcoming promotion with the Lactaid company and our school was chosen to be videotaped for a promotional video for a contest they will be running. The PR company for Lactaid came today and gave us a check for $500 for our art program - just for letting them videotape an art lesson. Our school system does not pay for art programs for elementary school so our PTO raises $7500 a year so our kids can have art. The $500 comes in very handy as our school district did another round of budget cuts and we will have to raise $32,000 next year just to keep our library and media center open.

I am a great fan of this website and all the services PTO Today offers - thanks for everything!

WOW thats awesome for your school.

I am trying to get something like this for our music program which was cut last year. But I have no clue where to start and how much would be needed.

I am glad your getting the art program in your school.
