Default Collection of field trip fees?

Okay...how do all of you go about collecting student fees for field trips?

Any ideas or leads as to whether or not there are easy ways to do it online? Looking for quicker, faster, and easier to record...

I think MoneyExchange would be a great way to collect field trip payment from students...sending and receiving money online is completely free of fees and it's very secure-- all information is encrypted before it leaves a user's computer so it can't be intercepted and read. Plus, signing up for a MoneyExchange account is free. All students could just sign up and send the exact amount owed for the trip to whoever is handling the trip finances.

Default Re: Collection of field trip fees?

Our students must bring in a check or cash. Not everyone at our school has internet access or is wiling to do any money over the internet.

The teachers check off the students as the money is turned in - they also collect the field trip permission forms at the same time. Everything is then turned into the school office.
