PTO Today

Does anyone have a sample letter they send to teachers and staff at the beginning of school stating the proper channels to go through for asking for money. When I check the PTA box there will be a receipt in there from a teacher that wants reimbursement for something that they never even asked for. I am getting upset with them expecting and would like to change the way theings are handled. Thanks.
