Default Purpose statement (mission statement)

I'd like our PTO Purpose statement to be noticed in a way where people would say "wow". Could you provide me some ideas?

Our PTO's don't have mission statements. I don't think parents would have read it anyway. We just concentrated on fundraising to support our events and activities every year and making sure that every child in our school benefited from the PTO funds. We make our presence known throughout the year to the students, staff and parents of the school and let them know there is more to school than pencils and books--fun and friends are to be had!

to identify curriculum and programs deemed by the membership* in its sole discretion to be vital to affect the richest educational experience possible for our children; to maximize the role of the school itself in fulfilling these objectives; and to plan, organize and execute events and programs which generate the resources and mechanisms necessary to fulfill these objectives.
PTA membership is compised of ALL dues paying parents, guardians, families and stakeholders of children attending Garden Grove *

To promote the academic, physical, social, and personal well-being of Effingham youth while developing a closer relationship between home, school, and community and to provide resources for the school in addition to those provided within the school budget.
