We’re expecting more than 100 vendors at each event. These exhibitors include fundraising businesses, playground companies, school performers and more!
How many Expos will there be in 2010?
We are holding eight events in 2010.
February 24th - Houston, TX (Conroe)
March 4th - St Louis, MO (St. Charles)
March 11th - Marlboro, MA
March 23rd - Valley Forge, PA (Oaks)
April 6th - Chicago, IL (Oakbrook Terrace)
April 13th - Minneapolis, MN (Brooklyn Center)
April 26th - Murfreesboro, TN
May 4th - Columbus, OH
What's the cost to attend the Expo?
The registration fee is $10 per person ($5 for Plus member schools.)
What does the registration fee cover?
The registration fee covers your admission to the event. When you check in upon arrival you will receive a tote bag, nametag and attendee contact cards to hand out to each vendor.
What are attendee contact cards?
During check-in, we will provide you with cards that have your name and school contact information pre-printed on them. This will allow you to give a vendor your card rather than having to hand-write your contact information each time you visit a booth.
Do I need to register before I arrive or can I do it the day of the show?
You can register when you arrive at the event, however there are several advantages to registering beforehand. Checking in on the day of the event is much faster and smoother if you have already registered. Also, you need to register prior to the show in order to receive the attendee contact cards to hand out to the vendors in the exhibit hall.
Will I receive an actual ticket for the event?
No. Just check in with a PTO Today staff member at the Attendee Registration Booth the day of the Expo. It’s easy!
If I register in advance and then I can't attend, can I get my money back?
Expo registration is non-refundable. However, the registration is transferrable so you can have someone else come in your place. Just let us know and we can set them up ahead of time. Or, if they come in on the day of the Expo, we can register them on onsite.
