Summary of Supplies and Activity Per Station/Booth
Customize station report for each area where volunteers will be working. Before event begins, have each station inventory it's supplies (t-shirts, cokes, popcorn, etc.) and instruct them to make notes at the end.
If taking tickets as payment, each station should count the tickets they collected.
