Originally created for Bookfair, this was used to create a one page master list of all volunteers. It accounted for 7 days (columns) with a row for each hour. The two volunteer names were typed (or written) in each block.

The volunteers signed up on a more detailed page that collected phone number/email (for reminders). This form provided a list of all volunteers at glance, showing you who's working when and where the gaps are.
