With 10 tickets per page, you can copy this on regular paper and mass produce tickets for a prize drawing. For most events, you can simply use a paper cutter and cut the tickets along the internal gridelines. Top row and bottom row will be slightly bigger than others, but that usually doesn't matter.

If you want them to be all exactly the same size, you can trim on all edges. The template is from a 10-up business card format, but business card stock is usually expensive. Regular paper and a paper cutter or volunteers with scissors work fine.
