We advertised book fair and posted the shift sign up forms on a poster in the main foyer where many parents would see it. This type of sign up sheet could also be used for other type events.

Note - the Book fair chair maintained all the detail information and sent reminders home and entered the names into the "Volunteer Shift Master Form - Grid Style" (see other forms in this section). That form provided an "at a glance" view of all shifts and volunteers on one page.
