PTO Today: Budget Actual History Worksheet

Updated! After using the Category Transaction Worksheet copies, transfer the categories and total amounts
to this worksheet. The opening checkbook balance at the top of the worksheet should equal the checkbook balance on the first day of the fiscal year being reviewed. At the bottom of the worksheet, calculate the difference between Total Income and Total Expenses. This figure should roughly equal the checkbook balance at the end of the year that you are reviewing. This is Form 3 in the Treasurer's Toolkit.
