Short Description:	This is the collection sheet from Campbell's for 1 pt. UPCs. It has been edited in Photoshop to include a space for the student's name and teacher.
Long Description:	This is the collection sheet from Campbell's for 1 pt. UPCs. It has been edited in Photoshop to include a space for the student's name and teacher. It also includes a text box stressing 1 pt. UPCs only and no tape or staples. The one-point title at the top has been enlarged. These alterations were made so that students would not make the common mistakes of taping, stapling and combining One Point and Five Point UPCs on the same page. The space for student name and teacher helps our coordinators to keep track of who is submitting for contest and prize purposes.
