“Our biggest challenge was keeping track of our volunteers. We had all of the volunteers in a database on one computer, which made it difficult to access. Also, there was no easy way to track people who signed up to help or who had actually worked one event. Every year we had a common complaint that people signed up but they were never called.”

All chairs were able to see who signed up, who actually participated, and how often each person volunteered. The chairs can now access the information whenever they need it without having to wait! We have had no complaints this year that someone signed up to help and never got a call. We were even able to use the system to be sure that everyone who helped during the year got an appreciation gift.”

Tracking the sizes was simple this year since every child was in the system. Printing our student directory was also very simple. We can’t wait for how easy other tasks will become in the following years!”
