Can I export data from PTO Manager?
Yes - it is very easy to export the data from PTO Manager to a format that can be used in Word, Excel, and pretty much every other computer program. Many groups will choose to export student directory data from PTO Manager so they can edit the data before printing the directory.

Is PTO Manager customizable?
Yes - PTO Manager was built with flexibility in mind so that it works for all parent groups. You can add as many interests as you want to your "interests" section. Instructions can be edited to be in English, Spanish, or any other language you require.

What happens to volunteers when their students leave the school?
PTO Manager gives you the ability to make volunteers "inactive". That way their past volunteer information is still visible to the current officers (helpful for looking at past events) but inactive volunteers do not have access to the system.

Is the system secure?
Yes! No one can access the system without a password and all new volunteers must be "approved". Users will have access to certain functionality based on the permissions granted to them by the officers of your group. For example, your exec board might be able to see all volunteers and edit events while a parent volunteer will only be able to see their own personal information and the group event information (date, time, location) that you want everyone to see.
