Although most of your products will be baked goods donated by volunteers, you may have to buy a few items. Before shelling out any cash, ask local businesses for donations. A restaurant or coffee shop might give you a few hundred napkins or cups; a grocery store might donate a store gift card, which you could use to purchase odds and ends. Also check whether any of these items are in the school or PTO supply closet from a previous event.
