Multicultural Challenge — NY PTA working to attract Asian families

I found her story this week particularly interesting, as she follows the efforts of a Long Island (NY) PTA to connect with a growing Asian population at school. If you have a diverse popualtion at your school, I bet you’ll find some interesting parallels.
We’ve covered this same challenge at length over the years. In fact, we have a mini-homepage on the site just about making a Multi-Cultural PTO Work. One of our multi-cultural stories focused especially on Asian parents. Think I’ll have to send Winnie Hu the link. 
Would love to have your ideas for making this work. Recent demographic trends make it more than clear that multi-cultural will be the norm throughout the country in the not-too-distant future.
