Thank All Staff Members

Include bus drivers, cafeteria workers, administrative assistants, custodians, and other staff members in your appreciation efforts. They all do important work that keeps the school running smoothly. You don’t have to shell out a lot of money to include everyone—handwritten notes, baked goods, or coffee shop gift cards are simple ways to say thanks. Ask the principal for a list of staff members so you don’t leave anyone out.
