Before you sign up, a few reminders:

1. This Tide^® with Dawn^® StainScrubbers^™ exclusive offer is first come, first serve, and limited to a specific number of schools. You should receive an email shortly confirming your school's participation in this offer.
2. This offer is only available to K-8 school parent groups in the United States.
3. You must have a school family event scheduled before the end of June 2008 in order to qualify for this offer. This includes all school family events where parents will be in attendance with their children, such as a School Carnival, Field Day, end of the year picnic or BBQ, et cetera.
4. You agree to receive a shipment of 192 samples of Tide with Dawn StainScrubbers, "thank you" message cards, and notes (which direct parents to an online survey about the sample product.) These items will be delivered to your school address and marked to your attention. We ask that you attach one "thank you" message card and one note to every product sample before distributing to parents. Samples, "thank you" message cards and notes will begin shipping within the next few days. Please allow approximately 10 business days for delivery. Be sure to watch for an email from us that details the tracking information for your shipment.
5. You agree to distribute all 192 product samples, "thank you" message cards and notes to parents (one sample, one card and one note per parent) at your upcoming school family event, which must be scheduled between early April and early June 2008.
6. Parent leaders who participate acknowledge that they may be contacted by PTO Today to provide feedback on the Tide with Dawn StainScrubbers offer.
