P.A.T.T.?

Is Parents And Teachers Together(P.A.T.T.), not sure if it's Association or Organization, the same as PTO/PTA?

There are two types of parent groups. PTAs pay dues to the National PTA and always use the acronym PTA or PTSA. PTOs are independent and can pretty much choose any name (or bylaws or organizational plan, etc.) they would like. Parents and Teachers Together is a nice description of what the group is about and is undoubtedly a PTO.
