PTO TODAY Customer service Rep?

what are the times to call pto customer service to have a school added on the site? Thank You!!!

Hi Mrs Terry - You can call us typically between 830 and 6 eastern, and the phones are staffed. There's also voicemail (we can get back to you) as well as our info@ email address (which is a solid option). As an aside, we have had a couple of phone outages this week (10/15/09). One of our phone servers crashed. Being replaced Saturday. Tim
