Outside of USA?

Can this grant be used for countries outside of the US. I am coming from Rwanda where there are no playgrounds! I would just need a small amount of money to make a big difference!

Hi JR123 -- If you're referring to the Lowe's Toolbox for Education grants, unfortunately they are only available to public schools in the U.S. -- Craig
