Question: Resignation of Position

If an officer resigns their position, but still wants to help volunteer, and the rest of the group does not want her to be able to vote on any issues after resigning, what should I do?

Once she resigns she's no longer a member of the executive board. Thus, she can't vote on any board issues. However, she's still a member of the PTO, so you can't prevent her from voting at general meetings.
