Hopefully last question. The application is asking for the Non-Profit/Tax-Exempt Org. start date. We have not filed the 501(c)(3) yet (still in the process). Can we still put today's date as our start date or should I be waiting until we get the 501 done and finalized? - j_wright1976@hotmail.com
Yes, you can put today's date as the start date. You need an EIN to file for 501c3, so don't wait for that.
