We've always included the custodians in our teacher/administration appreciation events. For the custodians that come in later in the day, we always set up some leftovers/desserts for them in the refridgerator or on the table in the teachers room and make sure they are aware that it is for them. What about checking in with them at some point during the year to find out if they have a wish list?
