Packages for Soldiers

Our school is going to hold a drive for items to send to soldiers. I have done much research but am still looking for any advice. Anyone have any suggestions?

Try checking with your administration to see if they know of any former students who are now serving. We found a soldier who had been a student at our school and thru his parents found out what he and his unit would want/need. The drive was very successful and I think it becomes more meaningful when the students can find a connection.

We went thru Blue Star Mothers. We do one every Sept-Oct. We get a big turn out.
