I am a new "president" of our Middle School PTO. There hasnt been a PTO in about 2 years. To my knowledge, there is no account or money to fund any programs, fundraising, family nights, etc. How should I go about raising "start up money" without having to spend money?

If it were me I would kick off a fall or winter fundraiser. Such as Mr. Z or whatever you choose. There are so many to pick from! Also do a bake sale. These are 2 easy ways to make a few thousand dollars.
