Past PTO had only a treasurer. Used no Bylaws. Basically a one person PTO with no other officers. New principal. PTO Reorganizing with officers that have volunteered. Must we have elections for these officers? -
IMO, only if there is more than one candidate per position. And the first thing you should do is adopt some bylaws!
