How to establish an endowment?

I'd like to establish a simple endowment fund for a public high school. Are there any generic endowment formation legal forms available?

Unfortunately, that's not a topic we're particularly familiar with. You should probably speak to an accountant who works with nonprofits -- you might start with the school district's accountant.
