PTO funds after PTO dissolves

Our PTO has dissolved...what happens to the funds that are left?

I'm sorry to hear that. Typically what happens is you donate the money to the school. The IRS allows you to donate the money to another 501c3 charity or the school (as long as it's not a for-profit school).
