We want to change our bylaws for our checking account from $5000 required in our account at all times to $3000. It was presented at last nights meeting; if no objections it will be voted on at the March mtg. This would go into effect for 2011/2012 year correct? - tracyb
It depends on how the motion is worded. If no timeframe is given, the new bylaw takes effect immediately.
