PE funds or Grants??

Does anyone have any suggestions of places that help funding for Physical Education equipment? We are getting a new school next year and the PE teacher approached the prez and I about money for new equipment and I am totally new to this type of thing so I was really hoping some one could point me in the right direction!

Our school received thousands of dollars for PE through the Blue Cross Blue Shield: Building Healthy Communities grant. Our school bought balls, hula hops, hockey equipment, a rock wall, snow shoes, etc. etc. Hope this helps! I think the school should apply for grants before asking the PTO to pitch in.
