Q&A

Book Fair Suppliers

Does anyone know of a book fair supplier other than Scholastic? Several teachers are asking for a different supplier in the hope of getting different books. They say they have most of the scholastic ones.

Barnes and Noble Booksellers. We can help set up events, supply advertising materials. Schools and PTA's can earn up 25%, plus shop on line up to a week after in store event. Combine the fundraiser with another on the same day.

Thanks Dena for the info, but the closest B&N is over 75 miles away and it does not appear that they have book fairs at schools only online and in the store.

Self published authors are a good source for different types of books and scholastic has a monopoly on school book fairs. I have movement and nutrition books for kids ideal for school libraries. I should form a group of self published authors to give schools an alternative.. Visit www.getkidsmovingnow.com for a preview of our books. G.j. Amsto. Springfield college ma.

Bedford Falls Book Fairs has just moved into a larger regional warehouse in Raleigh North Carolina. After 20 years in business we think we have figured it out. We are also opening our second warehouse in Charlotte, North Carolina this fall (2016). From these two locations we can provide quality in-school book fairs from Georgia to Maryland. A Mid-Atlantic warehouse is being planned for the Philadelphia area to open in Fall of 2017. This will expand our market beyond New York City. Please see our temporary website at BedfordFallsUSA.com. We are currently growing at over 50% a year.

Looking to find a Book Fair Retailer other than Scholastic for the Upstate New York area, specifically located near Rochester. I would like to find a one that specializes in books for high school students. Scholastic's focus in more on the middle school aged readers. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
